totally amazing experience!
friendly doorman clean hotel comfortable beds
tikk the doorman was so friendly he always had a smile. he was so cheerful and happy it really made my day! the hotel was really clean and the beds were big plus very comfortable.
the gym is a bit small it only has a few machines.

the room had two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower. i loved the spacious layout with clear attention to detail! amenities were well-stocked and the decor felt modern and very luxurious.

The hotel's location proved quite convenient, especially with its proximity to the BTS. I also found the room to be spacious. The buffet breakfast was extensive and varied (I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection).
The service at the front desk seemed a bit slow during check-in. My room lacked natural light. I also noticed the gym had limited equipment. (It could use some updating!).

underwhelming stay, i suppose
misleading photos unhelpful front desk
So, the rooms? advertised with fancy pictures. reality check hit hard. turns out, the photos were kinda... misleading. housekeeping skipped the floor entirely. like, ever. and dont even get me started on the minibar. They restocked the snacks everyday. honestly? it seemed like they were setting me up for a trap. its an unhelpful front desk, too.
